Singita Pamushana

The majestic architecture of this intimate lodge has always been a signature of the property. The detailed stonework and imposing proportions of Great Zimbabwe form the main reference point for the lodge design. Interiors of the lodge reflect original references to the local Shangaan culture, artfully combined with contemporary forms and styles inspired by these African patterns and shapes.

CONSERVATION AS A WAY OF

LIFE Through a sustainable conservation model that helps balance tourism with conservation in all regions in which we operate, Singita’s ethos of “touching the earth lightly” is no longer just a forward-thinking principle; it is imperative to our survival, and that of the land, wildlife and communities under our care.

THE MALILANGWE TRUST

The Malilangwe Trust is a wholly Zimbabwean, non-profit organization focused on harmonizing biodiversity conservation, community development and commercial tourism. In Zimbabwe, Singita partners with the Malilangwe Trust who carry out large scale work in wildlife management and protection, maintaining the reserve and ecosystem integrity, promoting sustainable tourism practices and community development within the 130,000- acre Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve in which Singita Pamushana Lodge sits.
